Bah! Stupid Registration Process..
February 14th, 2006 by fubarWell, I went and registered my favorite (soon to be not-so-favorite) MU* client, ZMud the other night. I payed $29.95 through PayPal (’cause I don’t believe in software piracy), and I got the reciept in my E-mail box from PayPal. Unfortunately, I never recieved the registration codes. Sooooo, I’m trying to get that squared away. It may just be that I goofed and put in the wrong E-Mail address on the form, or it may be that the ZuggSoft site foobared. Either way, I’m hoping I can get that code, or at least a refund…

Just a quik thing.. I’m not trying to bash www.Zuggsoft.com by my rant. Chanced are, the screw-up was on my end. I still really like Zmud. I hope I won’t tick off too many people at ZuggSoft.com with my rant.. heh.

That sucks. I registered Zmud last year or so without any problem. I believe I probably went through the same process you did. Maybe it’s just a temporary problem with their system. You should email them and ask.

Yeah I e-mailed them twice so far. The first time, they told me they didn’t have a registration of Zmud to my e-mail address. So today I e-mailed them back and told them that I do have the receipt from PayPal. I FWD’d that to them. There’s no confidential info on that reciept, by the way.
