The first time, they told me they didn't have a registration of Zmud to my e-mail address. So today I e-mailed them back and told them that I do have the receipt from PayPal. I FWD'd that to them. I registered Zmud last year or so without any problem. I believe I probably went through the same process you did. Maybe it's just a temporary problem with their system.
